SANMIT Technologies Private Limited is a Noida-based enterprise technology firm, founded in 2024. We help enterprises plan and deliver AI and data initiatives, and we supply the specialist Oracle, Salesforce, Data and AI talent that makes technology programmes succeed.

Who leads SANMIT?
Sanjeev Batra
Co-founder & Director
Sanjeev leads consulting, client partnerships and growth at SANMIT. He brings more than 24 years of business and digital transformation experience across Asia, North America, Europe and the Middle East, with deep expertise in HR, Finance, Data Governance, Analytics and AI. He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, serves as guest faculty at leading business schools, and is a Special Member of the AI Committee of ICAI.
Mitali Batra
Co-founder & Director
Mitali co-leads SANMIT's operations and people practice. She brings academic and corporate experience in management and people development, which shapes how SANMIT assesses talent and builds long-term client relationships.
